1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver orders across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including all major cities and regions.

2. Delivery Timeframe

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days depending on your location.

• Remote area deliveries may take longer.

• During peak seasons or promotions, slight delays may occur.

3. Shipping Fees

• Standard Shipping Fee: Free Delivery.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for all UAE orders.
  

• Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery as drivers may not carry change.

5. Order Confirmation for COD

• All COD orders will be confirmed via phone call, WhatsApp, or email before dispatch.

• Orders not confirmed within 48 hours may be cancelled automatically.

6. Delivery Attempts

• The courier will make up to two delivery attempts.

• If the delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order will be cancelled and reshipping may require additional charges.

7. Address Accuracy

Please provide complete and accurate address details including building number, street name, and valid contact number to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

8. Returns & Refunds for COD Orders

• Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

• COD shipping fees and COD service charges are non-refundable.
