1. Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates, including all major cities and remote areas.


2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days after confirmation. Remote area deliveries may take longer.


3. How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping charges are Free on all Orders. 


4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online Cash on Delivery (COD) for UAE orders.


5. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to check your order’s delivery status.


6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if items are unused, in original packaging, and meet our return criteria. For more details, please see our Return & Refund Policy.


7. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product, and our team will arrange a replacement or refund.


8. Do you ship outside the UAE?
